The Corsair-Farrier 2000 National Championship will take place at Fort Walton Beach, Florida April 24^th ?30^th for six days of racing, day cruising, seminars and other festivities. More than 75 trailerable-trimarans are expected in the event with race organizers hoping for up to 100. Two-time Olympic Tornado Class Silver medallist and 1998 America?s Cup Catamaran crewmember Randy Smyth will give racing seminars and assist teaching on-water clinics. The event is designed to appeal not only to hardcore racers, but to casual sailors of all ages as well. Over 1,100 Ian Farrier-designed multihulls have been built to date.
